In November 2017 Leading Change was selected to facilitate a conference in San Jose, California for 100 global leaders in the world’s leading video, voice and content collaboration and communication technology company. This article summarises the event we co-developed and facilitated called “Our Path to Growth” to help a leading global technology client engage their top 100 leaders, relaunch their strategy and plan how to deliver it through cross-functional Value Creation Teams.
