Sean’s area of expertise is helping individuals and teams to establish and embed new, more effective behaviours. He has nearly 20 years commercial experience; spent in front line change management roles in financial services, logistics and civil aviation. Sean believes that individuals and teams often have their own solutions but sometimes need help to uncover them, implement and embed them. Since moving into consultancy, Sean has worked for global organisations including Unilever, Oracle and Paramount Films, facilitating programmes with delegates from over 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

James Bouch

For 15 years James has been managing and leading corporate change programmes. He has successfully transformed organisations in their process efficiency and cultural attitude to change, which is where his real passion lies. He has brought this experience to bear in transformations ranging from major corporate programmes at IBM, Natwest and Barclays Bank, to owner managed, entrepreneurial businesses in need of a vehicle to grow and develop. He has an MBA from Henley Management College, where he specialised in strategic management and cultural change and runs his own successful consultancy practice specialising in strategy implementation, organisational transformation, cultural change and effective selling.

Benny's expertise is operating and training others to operate under pressure in a time critical and hostile environment. He has first-hand experience of dealing with change as a former RAF fast jet pilot and current commercial pilot for Virgin Atlantic Airways. Benny’s training and operational experience in the RAF, which included a tour with the Red Arrows, is very pertinent to modern day businesses where leaders need to keep their head and make the right decisions quickly. Benny’s philosophy is that things do not always go to plan but it is how you react to change that is the difference between success and failure.

Vicky is an experienced project manager who relishes working on challenges with tough deadlines. With a background in marketing communications and business consultancy she is accustomed to maintaining the highest professional standards whilst working in a fast-paced and diverse working environment. Vicky and Mark have been working together since 2005, initially in a global business consultancy where Vicky’s role was an account manager on the company’s most prestigious accounts, and subsequently as the Business Manager at Leading Change. PA to Mark Bouch

Elaine joined Leading Change in September 2010 as PA to Mark Bouch. She also utilises her excellent organisational skills and positive ‘can do’ attitude to provide administrative support across the company. Her responsibilities include managing Mark’s diary, supporting Vicky in her role of Business Manager, co-ordinating Client workshops, liaising with our Associates and building good client relationships.
