Sean Riches
Principal Consultant
Sean’s area of expertise is helping individuals and teams to establish and embed new, more effective behaviours. He has nearly 20 years commercial experience; spent in front line change management roles in financial services, logistics and civil aviation. Sean believes that individuals and teams often have their own solutions but sometimes need help to uncover them, implement and embed them. Since moving into consultancy, Sean has worked for global organisations including Unilever, Oracle and Paramount Films, facilitating programmes with delegates from over 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Fiona Mack

Fiona has a broad range of cross industry experience, both private and public sector; she is curious about people and about business. Fiona combines a strong commercial background with a passion for helping people connect with their spirit in a professional and personal context. Consistent feedback from clients is that Fiona understands the dynamics and politics of senior executive teams and is highly experienced at coaching all management levels. Fiona has a unique approach to improving performance and over 15 years commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry, working in a variety of sales, management, training, coaching and Organisational Development roles.
Jenny Rossiter

For over 25 years Jenny has dedicated her life to helping organisations and individuals grow and achieve success through strong leadership, employee engagement programmes and individual and organisational change initiatives. Over the last 10 years she has successfully led and implemented a range of UK and International programmes across the UK, Europe and Globally. She works at an organisational, team and individual level, across functions and levels of seniority. She has worked with leading blue chip organisations within the Pharmaceutical and Retail Industries and has received European and Global awards for outstanding performance in sales and people development.

James Bouch
Principal Consultant
For 15 years James has been managing and leading corporate change programmes. He has successfully transformed organisations in their process efficiency and cultural attitude to change, which is where his real passion lies. He has brought this experience to bear in transformations ranging from major corporate programmes at IBM, Natwest and Barclays Bank, to owner managed, entrepreneurial businesses in need of a vehicle to grow and develop. He has an MBA from Henley Management College, where he specialised in strategic management and cultural change and runs his own successful consultancy practice specialising in strategy implementation, organisational transformation, cultural change and effective selling.

Paul Birchell
Training and Development Consultant
Paul specialises in the design and facilitation of highly effective experiential programmes, which enhance individual and team effectiveness in commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Paul has a commercial background in retail management and outdoor training. He now combines his passion for outdoor activities, training and coaching to challenge people to think deeply about their communication patterns, style and effectiveness. Paul has a degree in Business and Economics, he holds a Certificate in Training Practice and is a member of the CIPD.
Benny Ball
Consultant
Benny's expertise is operating and training others to operate under pressure in a time critical and hostile environment. He has first-hand experience of dealing with change as a former RAF fast jet pilot and current commercial pilot for Virgin Atlantic Airways. Benny’s training and operational experience in the RAF, which included a tour with the Red Arrows, is very pertinent to modern day businesses where leaders need to keep their head and make the right decisions quickly. Benny’s philosophy is that things do not always go to plan but it is how you react to change that is the difference between success and failure.
Jayne Dunsbee
Principal Consultant
Jayne is an inspiring, intuitive coach-mentor. She spent over 24 years in multifuctional business teams at a top global pharmaceutical organisation and has managed significant organisational change, focussing on the 'human elements' which are often-neglected yet are critical to successful implementation. She combines this with her positive, energising coaching style and a genuine passion for developing people, to enable individuals and teams to be their best. She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, and is an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Bar-On model of emotional and social intelligence.
Vicky Catling
Business Manager
Vicky is an experienced project manager who relishes working on challenges with tough deadlines. With a background in marketing communications and business consultancy she is accustomed to maintaining the highest professional standards whilst working in a fast-paced and diverse working environment. Vicky and Mark have been working together since 2005, initially in a global business consultancy where Vicky’s role was an account manager on the company’s most prestigious accounts, and subsequently as the Business Manager at Leading Change. Vicky is responsible for all business support functions that make the company successful from marketing, capacity planning, event management to logistics and client account management.
Elaine Greenstreet
PA to Mark Bouch
Elaine joined Leading Change in September 2010 as PA to Mark Bouch. She also utilises her excellent organisational skills and positive ‘can do’ attitude to provide administrative support across the company. Her responsibilities include managing Mark’s diary, supporting Vicky in her role of Business Manager, co-ordinating Client workshops, liaising with our Associates and building good client relationships.
