Over a number of years we had all worked in teams at different levels, both as practitioners and consultants. We saw many opportunities to create value, many ways to lose it and too many consulting solutions that addressed symptoms not causes.

We wanted to help our clients deliver more valuable results so we formed Leading Change to pool our expertise, experience and tools. “We just knew that it could be done better the Leading Change way.”
